Step 2. Use the Gimp-tool-fuzzy-select.png Fuzzy SelectFuzzy Select and Gimp-tool-ellipse-select.png Ellipse SelectEllipse Select tool to select the person's eyes.

Step 3. Gtk-missing-image.png Feather (dialog)Feather (dialog) the selection.

Step 4. Use the Gtk-missing-image.png Channel Mixer (dialog)Channel Mixer (dialog) dialog to change the eye color.
